The Embodied Women

Founded by Giovanna Suppa, The Embodied Women exists to guide women back to their bodies, helping them reclaim all parts of themselves and their full, authentic expression. Through our courses, workshops, and 1:1 private sessions, we offer a safe and sacred space where women can reconnect with their sensuality, step into their power, and live unapologetically.

As women embrace their true selves, they give permission for others to do the same, creating a ripple effect of empowerment and liberation. The more embodied we become, the more we align with abundance, freedom, and the natural flow of life.

Our mission is to open the portal of remembrance for as many women as possible. We are dedicated to passing down the wisdom and knowledge that supports the feminine rising, ensuring that future generations continue to thrive in their authenticity and power.

At The Embodied Women, we provide a variety of offerings both in-person (Sydney) and online, including:

  • Courses and Workshops that explore embodied dance, self-expression, and feminine empowerment designed to deepen the connection to self and sisterhood.

  • 1:1 Private Sessions, available online or in-person, offering personalised support for women seeking deeper transformation.

Our work is a sanctuary for women of all walks of life, where they can safely explore, heal, and embrace their truest essence.

We warmly welcome collaboration requests from other facilitators and practitioners who align with our mission and are interested in co-creating transformative experiences.

Additionally, we are open to performance opportunities and would love to bring our passion for dance and embodiment to the stage.

If you would like to collaborate or offer a performance opportunity, we invite you to get in touch with us.

Testimonials

The Embodied Women humbly acknowledge and honour the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, the traditional custodians of the land on which we practice and work. We pay our respects to their elders past, present, and emerging, and recognise their enduring connection to the land, waters, and culture.
